tho i have no license but i know the rules when comes to driving. let me share some with you (:

1. NEVER EVER TALK ON THE PHONE WHILE YOU DRIVE, especially during new years and all.
2. NEVER EVER CHIONG A RED LIGHT.
3. NEVER EVER KAP LUI
4. NEVER EVER LOOK AT THE DRIVERS TO SEE LENGLUI OR NOT
5. NEVER EVER CHIONG THE LENGLUI AND CHIONG RED LIGHT
6. NEVER EVER CHIONG THE RED LIGHT FOR A LENGLUI
7. NEVER EVER PARK EVERYWHERE.
8. NEVER EVER LET YINZHI DRIVE
9. LET ME DRIVE.
10. DONT MAKE YOUR OWN ROAD WAYS.

LOL.i only have 10 so far. igot all this from my friend LEEHOCKKOOI who had kena saman for all this thing HAHAHA. xcept number 8,9,10.
he tio saman 3 times a week for that shits AHAHAH. especially when he chiong the red light cause he saw a lenglui, den police came behind singing beyonce song,irreplaceble.
